This site does not display correctly in IE 2. Plz to fix kthx.
LOL, wow, apparently IE2 doesn't support the Host: statement in the HTTP requests, because that's the default site that shows up when no host is given.
Normally you could connect to this server via telnet to port 80 and enter the following:
GET / HTTP/1.1
Host: www.example.com
And chance www.example.com to other VHost sites I've set up on my server and get different pages, such as mail.huttnet.com, www.huttnet.com, forum.cyberquestbbs.com, etc..
Funny shit :) But at least IE2 supported that newfangled SSL business everyone's been talking about for the past 20 years :D
Yeah, pretty much what I deduced about the host statement. You can't get to any other google site, only the main one regardless if you go to youtube, etc. Also anything with CSS seems to piss it off.
I wonder if 3.0 included that?
IE 2 runs in win7 64bit with no modification and no compatibility mode btw.
